The Legacy V2.0 is a direct evolution of our first-generation box, rebuilt based on your feedback. We kept the core aesthetics you loved but significantly upgraded the build quality, durability, and daily usability.

1. Upgraded Soft-Closing Hinges

• The Upgrade: We completely redesigned the hinge mechanism to include a premium dampening, soft-close effect.
• Why it matters: Instead of the lid shutting abruptly—a common pain point with V1.0—the V2.0 lid now glides down and closes silently. This provides a luxury feel and prevents accidental slamming that could jar your timepieces.

2. Enhanced 9-Layer Paint Finish

• The Upgrade: We increased the finishing process from 6 layers of paint on the V1.0 to a substantial 9 layers on the V2.0.
• Why it matters: This extra investment in the finish gives the box a much deeper, richer luster. More importantly, it dramatically boosts the exterior's durability and scratch resistance, ensuring the box looks pristine even with heavy daily use.

3. Ergonomic Finger Lift Notch

• The Upgrade: The V2.0 introduces a subtly integrated, ergonomic lifting notch on the front lip of the lid.
• Why it matters: In V1.0, opening the box could sometimes feel a bit awkward. The new notch gives your fingertips a natural, comfortable leverage point to lift the lid effortlessly, making the daily ritual of choosing your watch seamless.

Absolutely. Each cushion is removable, making it easy to store larger watches, bracelets, or other accessories.

We offer a lifetime warranty on the interior pillows of all our watch boxes and watch cases. If a pillow becomes worn or damaged over time, we will happily replace it for you. Please note that this operates on a strict 1-for-1 exchange basis. This means that we replace existing damaged pillows rather than providing additional or spare ones.

The Legacy V2.0 Watch Box is primarily designed for display and storage at home. For frequent travel, we recommend a dedicated travel case for extra protection.

If the item is available to order (not marked as out of stock), it indicates that we have inventory on hand in our warehouse and can dispatch your order promptly upon receipt.

Our watch boxes are made using only the finest premium-quality materials. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our products, and we stand firmly behind their quality. If you experience any issues with your box due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
