Can I exchange an item if I made a mistake with my order?

Yes. Items may be exchanged within 28 days of the shipment date. To be eligible, merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition.

You may exchange your product for an item of equal value or upgrade to a higher-value item by paying the difference. Please note that no partial refunds or credits will be issued if you exchange for a lower-value item.

How do I process my exchange?

We offer two convenient ways to exchange your items:

  • Via Mail: Please email us at hello@nomadwatchworks.com for instructions on how to proceed.Note: Return shipping to our warehouse is at the customer's expense. A standard shipping fee of $5 applies for sending the new item out to you.
  • In-Store: Simply visit our showroom with the item and your order receipt for verification.
What are the requirements for an exchange?

To process an exchange, please note the following conditions:

  • Direct Purchases Only: We do not offer exchanges, returns, refunds, or store credits for items purchased through third-party retailers.
  • Order Number: A valid order number is mandatory. We cannot process any exchange without it.
  • Shipping Costs: Unless the merchandise is defective, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways (returning the item to us and shipping the new item to you).
Can I exchange a custom watch strap or Made To Order (MTO) item?

No, we do not accept exchanges for custom watch straps or other bespoke products. Because these items are crafted specifically to your unique specifications, all sales are final.

Refund Policy

Do you offer refunds?

All goods sold are strictly non-refundable, with the exception of defective merchandise.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, it must be returned unworn and in its original condition within 28 days of the shipment date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Change of Mind: Please choose your items carefully. We are unable to offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide the style isn't for you.
Compatibility Disclaimer & Defective Returns

Nomad Watch Works is a general strap company with no affiliation to any watch brands. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the strap fits their specific watch model. We cannot refund or replace straps damaged by being forced onto unsuitable watches.

Example of Misuse: This includes forcing a straight-ended strap onto a watch with short lugs. Doing so causes the edge of the strap to brush against the watch case, resulting in damage to the leather or edge paint.

If you are unsure about fit or clearance, please contact us prior to purchase.

  • Defective Items: If you are returning a package due to a genuine manufacturing defect, we will refund the cost of your return postage.
