Courier Service is chargeable at a standard flat rate of $5 and provided free for orders above nett spending of $40.

Please take note of your country's import tax ratew and 'de minimis value’ when ordering from our website.

The 'de minimis value’, or Duty or Tax Free Amount is a country-specific package value below which duty and tax is exempted. Below are the'de minimis value’ for some of our commonly shipped to locations:

Hong Kong -  No tax regardless of package value
Canada - USD 15
Indonesia - USD 50
China - RMB 50
Thailand - THB 1500
Phillipines - PHP 10,000

Please note should there be an import tax payable on your package, there will also be a handling fee charged by DHL. This fee is in addition to the import tax, and is usually charged at 2% of duties; or between USD15-20.

* This handling fee is 100% payable to the courier. Nomad Watch Works do not receive any portion of the fee. 
* Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for both product and shipping fee for order cancellation due to refusal of payment of import tax at your country custom.
