Strap Measurement Guide

There are two ways to find out the lug width of your watch.

  1. Firstly, you can Google "<watch brand and model> lug width" and see if there is an answer from the brand's website, or some other websites.
  2. Alternatively, you can simply take a ruler and measure the lug width directly on your watch.

Lug widths are typically in whole numbers, and while the most common lug widths are between 18-22mm, they can go down to 8mm or up to 32mm even. Our ready stock straps are available in 12mm,14mm,16mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm and 26mm. If you need other lug widths, you can have it custom made.

You will then need to purchase a strap with the same lug width. For example, if your watch has a lug width of 20mm, you will need a 20mm strap to fit your watch.

What is the size of my watch?

There are 2 ways to find the case size of your Omega Seamaster watch:

  1. Use a digital caliper or ruler to measure the lug width (the distance between the inside of the lugs where the strap fits):

20 mm lug width
– Seamaster Diver 300M (42mm case)
– Seamaster Aqua Terra (41mm case)

21 mm lug width
– Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M (43.5mm case)
– Seamaster 300 "Heritage" (41mm case)

19 mm lug width
– Seamaster Aqua Terra (38mm case)
– Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M (39.5mm case)

  1. Check the model number:
    Omega utilizes a 14-digit reference number. This number is laser-engraved on the underside of one of the watch lugs. Your red Omega warranty card, Pictograms card, or purchase receipt will also list the model reference, which indicates your specific Seamaster model and case size.

(Note: The 6th and 7th digits of a modern Omega reference number directly indicate the case size, e.g., xxx.xx.42.xx.xx.xxx is a 42mm case).

Seamaster Diver 300M:
42mm: 210.30.42.20.01.001, 210.32.42.20.04.001

Seamaster Aqua Terra:
41mm: 220.10.41.21.01.001, 220.12.41.21.03.002

How do I change my watch strap?

What if I realised I got the wrong size after ordering?

Unfortunately, this Made-To-Order (MTO) strap is made from scratch according to the specifications that you have selected. As a result, we are unable to change the size or issue a refund once the item has been crafted. Therefore, if you have any questions regarding the measurements or sizing of your strap, please consult us via the contact us page or whatsapp us at +65 89050419 before placing your order.
Is this item in stock?

This is a made-to-order (MTO) product. Once we receive your order, we will begin the production process. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your strap to be completed. We appreciate your patience as we craft your product to your specifications.
What is the 30 Days Guarantee about?

Our watch straps are crafted using only the finest premium-quality materials. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our products, and we stand firmly behind their quality. If you experience any issues with your strap due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
