Strap Measurement Guide

There are two ways to find out the lug width of your watch.

  1. Firstly, you can Google "<watch brand and model> lug width" and see if there is an answer from the brand's website, or some other websites.
  2. Alternatively, you can simply take a ruler and measure the lug width directly on your watch.

Lug widths are typically in whole numbers, and while the most common lug widths are between 18-22mm, they can go down to 8mm or up to 32mm even. Our ready stock straps are available in 16mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm and 26mm. If you need other lug widths, you can have it custom made.

You will then need to purchase a strap with the same lug width. For example, if your watch has a lug width of 20mm, you will need a 20mm strap to fit your watch.

What is the width of my original buckle?

To measure the buckle width, use the same method as measuring the lug width. Simply measure the distance between the two ends of the buckle where it attaches to the strap. This ensures the buckle width matches the strap for a secure and proper fit. Use a ruler or caliper for precise measurement, typically in millimeters.
How do I change my watch strap?

What if I realised I got the wrong size after ordering?

If you receive your strap and find that the size is incorrect, don't worry! You can exchange them for the correct size as long as they are in brand new unworn condition. (Shipping fees applies)

This is a made-to-order (MTO) product. Once we receive your order, we will begin the production process. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your strap to be completed. We appreciate your patience as we craft your product to your specifications.
What is the 30 Days Guarantee about?

Our watch straps are crafted using only the finest premium-quality materials. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our products, and we stand firmly behind their quality. If you experience any issues with your strap due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Amazing

First of all, I appreciate this service to customise the strap with curve lugs. The strap comes in a nice, environment friendly packaging which is also useful to store extra straps or even spring bars.

On the strap itself, it takes no time to break in and fit my wrist. It's comfortable and of good quality. I like the tone of the non glossy black crocodile which is slightly shinier than the matte option.The quick release spring bar is convenient and contributes to a pleasant wearing experience. It should be the standard for all straps.

In conclusion, the strap was worth the wait and was good quality all around. Thanks!
