All custom straps are handmade entirely from scratch, utilising traditional leather crafting techniques. They are cut into shape, saddle stitched and edge painted by hand to ensure straps of the highest quality.

FAQ

What is the size of my watch?

There are 3 ways to find your case size:

1. Measure directly:
Use a caliper or ruler to measure the width of the watch case (excluding the crown) from 9 o’clock to 3 o’clock.

Common Royal Oak sizes are 37mm, 39mm, 41mm, 43mm, and 44mm.

2. Check the model reference:
The reference number is engraved on the caseback.

You can look it up on AP’s official website or search online (e.g., “Audemars Piguet 15400” is the 41mm Royal Oak).

3. Check your paperwork:
Your warranty card, certificate, or receipt usually states the model and size.
What is the width of my original buckle?

To measure the buckle width, use the same method as measuring the lug width. Simply measure the distance between the two ends of the buckle where it attaches to the strap. This ensures the buckle width matches the strap for a secure and proper fit. Use a ruler or caliper for precise measurement, typically in millimeters.
How to change my AP watch strap?

1. Use the correct tools: Most AP watches (especially Royal Oak) use proprietary screws. You’ll need a specialized screwdriver (often 1.6 mm) to loosen the screws securing the bracelet or strap.

2. Unscrew the lugs: Carefully unscrew each side of the strap where it connects to the case. Be sure to work on a soft surface to avoid scratching.

3. Remove the strap: Once the screws are out, the strap or bracelet should detach easily.

4. Install the new strap: Align the new strap ends with the case, insert the screws, and tighten them securely.
What if I realised I got the wrong size after ordering?

Unfortunately, custom straps are made from scratch according to the specifications you provide. As a result, we are unable to change the size or issue a refund once the item has been crafted. What is the 30 Days Guarantee about?

Our watch straps are crafted using only the finest premium-quality materials. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our products, and we stand firmly behind their quality. If you experience any issues with your strap due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Is this item in stock?

This is a custom-made product. Upon receiving your order, we will commence sourcing and preparing the materials, after which our craftsmen will handcraft your item. The production process requires approximately 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we create your product to your specifications.
What is the production time for a custom strap?

Standard Production: 4 weeks 
Express Production: 2 weeks
