All custom straps are handmade entirely from scratch, utilising traditional leather crafting techniques. They are cut into shape, saddle stitched and edge painted by hand to ensure straps of the highest quality.

What if I realised I got the wrong size after ordering?

Unfortunately, custom straps are made from scratch according to the specifications you provide. As a result, we are unable to change the size or issue a refund once the item has been crafted. Therefore, if you have any questions regarding the measurements or sizing of your strap, please consult us via the contact us page or whatsapp us at +65 89050419 before placing your order.

Is this item in stock?

This is a custom-made product. Upon receiving your order, we will commence sourcing and preparing the materials, after which our craftsmen will handcraft your item. The production process requires approximately 6–8 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we create your product to your specifications.

What is the 30 Days Guarantee about?

Our watch straps are crafted using only the finest premium-quality materials. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our products, and we stand firmly behind their quality. If you experience any issues with your strap due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
