What is the size of my Apple watch?

You can refer to our size guide for Apple watch here.

The lug width of your watch determines the strap size to ensure a proper fit.
What is the width of my original buckle?

To measure the buckle width, use the same method as measuring the lug width. Simply measure the distance between the two ends of the buckle where it attaches to the strap. This ensures the buckle width matches the strap for a secure and proper fit. Use a ruler or caliper for precise measurement, typically in millimeters.
How do I change my watch strap?

Press and hold one of the band release buttons on the back of the watch, then slide the corresponding strap piece sideways to remove it; repeat for the other side. To attach a new strap, simply slide each piece into the slot until you feel it click securely into place. Make sure both sides are locked and properly aligned before wearing.
What if I realised I got the wrong size after ordering?

If you receive your strap and find that the size is incorrect, don't worry! You can exchange them for the correct size as long as they are in brand new unworn condition. (Shipping fees applies)

Perfect Fit, Amazing Colours

I have been struggling to find the perfect green strap for some of my green watches, and I am very thankful for the range of selection at Nomads. They had the nicest olive/forest green strap, perfectly matching my watches. A Match Made In 1965

Once again, a wonderful colorway to match the omega x swatch speedmaster collection. Really brings out the sporty look and makes it look and feel like no other. Comfortable and a perfect fit on your wrist.

Package didn't arrive and customer support never answer

I initially paid for express shipping (3–5 days), but it's been over a week and the package hasn't even arrived. I've sent multiple emails to customer support and still haven't received a response. It seems that failing to meet the promised shipping SLA doesn't concern the company at all—so much so that they don’t even bother to reply.

... but I had to return (walk back) to the store to ask for it.
I had checked the website (on my phone) only after buying the strap, and I also returned (just ten minutes later) to buy the springbar tool.
