Strap Measurement Guide

There are two ways to find out the lug width of your watch.

  1. Firstly, you can Google "<watch brand and model> lug width" and see if there is an answer from the brand's website, or some other websites.
  2. Alternatively, you can simply take a ruler and measure the lug width directly on your watch.

Lug widths are typically in whole numbers, and while the most common lug widths are between 18-22mm, they can go down to 8mm or up to 32mm even. Our ready stock straps are available in 12mm,14mm,16mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm and 26mm. If you need other lug widths, you can have it custom made.

You will then need to purchase a strap with the same lug width. For example, if your watch has a lug width of 20mm, you will need a 20mm strap to fit your watch.

Can this curved end strap fit other watch models?

The curved end design is specifically engineered to fit the Rolex Submariner case. While some other watches may have similar lug shapes or dimensions, we cannot guarantee compatibility or a secure fit with any models other than the Rolex Submariner.
What is the lug width of my watch?

The lug width of your watch determines the strap size to ensure a proper fit.
What is the width of my original buckle?

To measure the buckle width, use the same method as measuring the lug width. Simply measure the distance between the two ends of the buckle where it attaches to the strap. This ensures the buckle width matches the strap for a secure and proper fit. Use a ruler or caliper for precise measurement, typically in millimeters.
How do I change my watch strap?

What if I realised I got the wrong size after ordering?

If you receive your strap and find that the size is incorrect, don't worry! You can exchange them for the correct size as long as they are in brand new unworn condition. (Shipping fees applies)
 What items are eligible for the bundle discounts? 

You can mix and match any items across the entire collection of Rolex straps and the bracelet removal tool.  

What are the different discount tiers available?

There are three bundle options depending on the number of items you purchase:

  • The Swap: Purchasing 2 items gives you a 10% discount.   
  • The Rotation: Purchasing 3 items gives you a 15% discount.   
  • The Collection: Purchasing 4 items gives you a 20% discount.   

What is the maximum discount I can receive?
The maximum discount is 20% OFF, which is applied automatically when you select 4 items/
Is this item in stock?

If the item is available to order (not marked as out of stock), it indicates that we have inventory on hand in our warehouse and can dispatch your order promptly upon receipt.
What is the 30 Days Guarantee about?

Our watch straps are crafted using only the finest premium-quality materials. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our products, and we stand firmly behind their quality. If you experience any issues with your strap due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
