Performax Sailcloth Nylon Hybrid Strap in Black

Thought I'd try the performax sailcloth and i was not disappointed! Resistant to water & sweat but still soft and durable! Definitely a Sporty Option.

This strap is stylish and comfortable. It truly complements the orange dial of my Oris better than the stock band.

Changed my Sinn U1 rubber strap to Performax Sailcloth Nylon Hybrid Strap in Orange.

It just gave my Sinn U1 a new lease of life.

If you own a Tag, you already know they have a lug width that's in between sizes. Fortunately, Nomad was able to make it fit using this Sailcloth strap, that I have to say, matches the colourway perfectly.

Really good quality but slightly short in length. Although it fits but without much left to grab to the two loops. Recommended for slim wrist.

This is of great quality and it's especially useful if you like to regularly wash your straps to keep them clean. Leather would wear out quickly if you do that.

This has the durability of rubber and a nice textured feel on the surface.

It is rather stiff and took about a week to break in.

I do wish this was available in more colours though.

The price is reasonable, the straps are of good quality, and they have a wide range of straps, if the length of strap can be longer, that be better

Gets uncomfortable when wearing for long period due to the hybrid stiffness.
Need the hot water treatment to reshape the strap for a more comfortable fit.

Not for lack of trying - wore it for 1 month before switching back to the fake silicone strap that I used before (while waiting for a genuine silicone Garmin strap). The sailcloth strap looks elegant but it irritated my skin and my sleep when worn tightly enough to get an accurate heart rate reading.

I bought the sailcloth nylon hybrid strap to go with my smartwatch. The old watch strap was looking its age and I decided to get the new hybrid strap because I had a photo backpack made of sailcoth in the past. It was rugged and basically waterproof and my past experience helped to steer my decision to buy this sailcoth hybrid.

I use the watch in the gym so it gets sweaty and i will always wash the watch and strap under running water after workout. I am confident the strap will not absorb water due to the sailcloth and FKM rubber material. On the other hand I am not sure about durability of the stitching and adhesive used to make the strap. Anyway, for $49 I can buy another one in a year's time. Not that expensive and looks good with my watch and on my wrist.
