Great strap, good quality, thick but soft and flexible. Very comfortable on the hand and I reckon looks great with my Save The Ocean Turtle.
Many feedbacks on waffle straps are that they tend to be stiff and uncomfortable. However it is not the case for this strap, which is soft and wears well. Strap is thick as with most waffle straps but still comfortable. Highly recommended.
1. After my 1st review in the morning of 1/6/2021, the order finally arrived in the 3 pm afternoon of 1/6/2021. Efa of Customer Service explained the delay of the transporter and their appointed a new transporter.
2. However, there was a spings bar issue on my hybrid strap, and Efa did a good job liaising with the Management/related department and sending a new pair of springs bar to me.
3. Overall, both the hybrid strap and FKM Waffle strap quality are good and nice to wear.

2. Check the tracking progress, on 19/5 the delivery reaching Malaysia but as of last Friday, nothing delivered to my office.
3. Checked with your delivery partner, gave me all the crap.
Upon checking in the system, this parcel is currently is in transit to the destination. Please do expect additional transit days for all the deliveries to overseas. This is due to pandemic COVID-19 and cause the cancellation of flights, lock down, community quarantine on respective destinations. Following the developments related to COVID-19, courier is working around the clock to ensure that there are minimal delays and interruptions of the services.
4. FYI, Lazada & Shopee delivered my purchases for the last 2 weeks, and items via Lazada are from China.
5. Emailed to Customer Service on 30/5/2021, yet to receive any reply.
6. Today, 1/6/2021 received an email stated "14 days ago we fulfilled your order " and asking my review.
So the above mentioned is my review, yet my order is no-where.
