What is the size of of my Santos De Cartier watch?
There are 2 ways to find the case size of your Cartier Santos de Cartier watch:
1. Use a digital caliper or ruler to measure across the case (excluding the crown): ~35.1 mm wide - Medium model ~39.8 mm wide - Large model
2. Check the model number The model number is engraved on the case back. Your warranty card or certificate will also list the model reference and the size of your watch. Medium: WSSA0029, WSSA0030, WSSA0023 Large: WSSA0018, WSSA0009, WSSA0037
Do I need tools to fit it?
No. The strap clips onto your Santos using the same quick-release system as your original bracelet. Press the button on the underside of the connector, slide the strap in until it clicks, and you’re done.
Will it work with my original Cartier clasp?
No, and you don’t need it to. The strap comes with its own stainless steel folding clasp, so your original bracelet and clasp stay untouched.
How do I cut and size a TrimFIT strap?
What if I cut it too short?
Cut gradually and check the fit as you go. If you do cut too much, contact us and we’ll help.
What if I realised I got the wrong size after ordering?
You can exchange it as long as it’s brand new, uncut and unworn. Shipping fees apply. Cut straps can’t be exchanged, so please check your size and colour before cutting.

If the item is available to order (not marked as out of stock), it indicates that we have inventory on hand in our warehouse and can dispatch your order promptly upon receipt.
What is the 30 Days Guarantee about?

If you experience any issues with your strap due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
