Strap Measurement Guide

There are two ways to find out the lug width of your watch.

  1. Firstly, you can Google "<watch brand and model> lug width" and see if there is an answer from the brand's website, or some other websites.
  2. Alternatively, you can simply take a ruler and measure the lug width directly on your watch.

Lug widths are typically in whole numbers, and while the most common lug widths are between 18-22mm, they can go down to 8mm or up to 32mm even. Our ready stock straps are available in 12mm,14mm,16mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm and 26mm. If you need other lug widths, you can have it custom made.

You will then need to purchase a strap with the same lug width. For example, if your watch has a lug width of 20mm, you will need a 20mm strap to fit your watch.

FAQ

Which GMT Master II models does this fit?

This strap is shaped for the current ceramic-bezel GMT Master II: 126710BLNR (Batman), 126710BLRO (Pepsi), 126720VTNR (Sprite), 126710GRNR (Bruce Wayne), and 126715/126711CHNR (Root Beer). Older 5-digit and non-ceramic references have a slightly different case profile. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm fit for your reference if you require help.
I have the Jubilee bracelet version. Does that matter?

No. Unlike straps that mount to your original Rolex clasp (where Oyster vs Jubilee clasp compatibility becomes an issue), this model is a complete system with its own Oyster-style deployant clasp. Your bracelet, whether Oyster or Jubilee, comes off in one piece and stays safely in the box.
Does this fit the left-handed Sprite (126720VTNR)?

Yes. The case and lug geometry are identical to the right-handed models, so the fit is the same.
Can I use my original Rolex clasp with this strap?

No, and by design. This strap includes its own stainless steel spring deployant clasp, so your original clasp and bracelet remain completely untouched. No disassembly, no link removal, no wear on your OEM parts. This protects your watch's resale value.
Will this damage or scratch my watch?

No. The FKM rubber is non-marking, and the quick-release spring bars mean you never need to lever tools near your lugs. Many owners use this strap precisely to protect their bracelet from daily scratches and stretch.
Is FKM rubber better than silicone?

Significantly. Silicone attracts dust and lint, tears easily, and turns tacky over time. FKM fluoroelastomer, the same rubber class used by Swiss brands' factory sports straps, is dense, dust-resistant, odour-resistant, and holds its finish for years.
How do I cut and size a TrimFIT strap?

What if I cut it too short?

Cut conservatively. The deployant clasp has adjustment range built in, so start longer and fine-tune. If you do overcut, contact us. Replacement rubber sections are available at a nominal cost so you do not need to rebuy the full set.
Can this curved end strap fit other watch models?

The curved end design is specifically engineered to fit the Rolex GMT Master II. While some other watches may have similar lug shapes or dimensions, we cannot guarantee compatibility or a secure fit with any models.
How do I change my watch strap?

What if I realised I got the wrong size after ordering?

If you receive your strap and find that the size is incorrect, don't worry! You can exchange them for the correct size as long as they are in brand new unworn condition. (Shipping fees applies)
